What we do:
- We repair batteries of all personal electric vehicles. E-bike, e-scooter, e-skateboard, e-unicycle, and onewheel
- We can make custom batteries from scratch for projects with special battery voltage, current, and capacity needs

Diagnose
A basic diagnose is performed on every battery to find out what is causing the problem. We open the battery, check the fuses, check all connectors, measure the voltage of each cell group, and do a full capacity discharge test.
Connector Swap
We can swap discharge and charge connectors. Burnt out connectors and melted connectors. We can also make connector adaptors for chargers.
Re-Balancing
If we find that your cell groups are very imbalanced, that is most likely the cause of your issue. We will balance your cell groups and your battery should be good to go. Remember to charge your battery to full at least once a month to ensure your groups get balanced by the charger
BMS Swap
The Battery Management System (BMS) board is what protects your battery from overchargeing, over discharge, under voltage, temperature safety, and more. We will swap out your BMS if that is what is causing the problems.
Battery Degradation Test
Ebike batteries usually last 3-6 years depending how hard you ride and how well you treat your battery. When a capacity discharge test shows less than expected, then it is the degradation of your cells that is causing less than optimal performance
Complete Rebuild
If your cells have degraded past 80%, it is best to do a complete rebuild of the battery. We will replace each cell inside your battery with our high density Panasonic GA 18650 cells. Usually the rebuilt pack will have 10% - 35% more capacity than the original!
Pricing
- Diagnose fee: (1-3 days turnaround time) $50
- Cell rebalancing (if needed): $100. (Diagnose fee will be waived if you choose this)
- BMS replacement (if needed): $200. (Diagnose fee will be waived if you choose this)
- Complete rebuild (if needed): $15 - $17.50 per cell. (Usually $500 - $900 for a complete battery rebuild) Diagnose fee will be waived if you choose this
- Connector swap: $25-$100 depending on the connector
- Rush Diagnose fee: additional $50 (2hrs turnaround time)

If you do not wish to repair the battery after the diagnosis, that is completely understandable. We will close your battery back up and return it to you.
